By completing this form, you are agreeing to our Shareholder Agreement:

"As a Transplanting Traditions CSA member, I am committing to the 2018-19 winter growing season. As an active farm partner, I understand that I will share in the abundances and the setbacks of the season with the farmers. I will be responsible for picking up my share every week. When I give 48 hours’ advance notice, I have two make-up days per session. Otherwise, I can arrange to have a friend pick up in my place. Due to the nature of a CSA, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. If you are ever unable to finish out a CSA season, we encourage you to sell your share to a friend or give it as a gift."
