Despite the many challenges of this year, Transplanting Traditions Community Farm is committed to continuing our mission to serve refugee and immigrant farmers and families and provide fresh, healthy food to our local community. However, we can’t do this alone. In order to continue our work into the next year, we need to raise $100,000.
Your support will allow us to reach more immigrant farmers across the state, host more workshops and training, provide tutoring, childcare, and summer camp for refugee families, and support local refugee farmers to grow and expand their buisnesses and feed our community.
