Despite facing the ongoing possibility of destabilizing funding losses, Transplanting Traditions is at an important time in our journey. While we are working on increasing our self-sustainability, we are also laying the groundwork to expand our reach to support other immigrant-led farming organizations around the state. We are doubling down on our commitment to supporting both refugee farmers and our local North Carolina food system!

So far, your gifts and purchases helped individual refugee farmer businesses thrive, granted over 200 refugee families access to healthy and culturally appropriate foods monthly, and allowed us to expand our team by hiring refugee staff members and farm managers.
